Yes, all PRISM+ monitors and TVs come with a standard limited hardware warranty ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the model. This covers functional defects and panel issues under normal usage conditions.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are dead on arrival (DOA) or have manufacturing defects. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
