Please ensure all packaging and accessories are preserved to facilitate a smooth exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via the official PRISM+ support portal or email within 7 days of receiving your order to log your return request.
- 2.Quality Assessment
Provide clear photographs or videos of the item and its original packaging to help our technicians perform a preliminary remote assessment of the product's condition.
- 3.Pack and Schedule
Once approved, securely pack the product in its original box with all foam inserts and cables, then coordinate with our team to schedule a courier collection or drop-off.
- 4.Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team verifies the returned unit, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
